Brad was a breath of fresh air in an industry full of professional listing realtors and very few service orientated realtors. Tim is, without a doubt, the only reason we were able to purchase our new home. My wife and I had been trying to purchase a house for about a year with no luck. We had other realtors who were very cordial and seemed sincere in their efforts, but due to the very aggressive market in Portland, were unable to help us in getting an accepted offer. If you put a bid in on the first day, you are still going to have multiple other offers to contend with so you have to move fast and come in strong.
