Brad is what you are looking for in a realtor. Polite, present and a good listener. He works for you, not the pay check. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. In addition, Brad was willing to add extras, at his own expense, to ensure we got what we needed from the sale. Further, the buyers of our home preferred him to their own realtor and plan to use him in future real estate ventures.
