Very impressed with Troy in regards to his knowledge of construction, zoning and entitlement issues with the local jurisdictions, that was really helpful and added much value to my transaction. We had some challenges on my end and he was great with communication and being prompt. Very impressed and hope to do many more transactions with Troy in the future.
