There is no question about Tim's ability to work this market, from buying to selling. My wife and I where blessed to have Tim for both the selling of our home and the purchase of our forever home. Tim's knowledge backed from years on both sides of a transaction made us feel so secure, we never felt out of the loop on anything. Tim is, without a doubt, the only reason we were able to purchase our new home. My wife and I had been trying to purchase a house for about a year with no luck. We had other realtors who were very cordial and seemed sincere in their efforts, but due to the very aggressive market in Portland, were unable to help us in getting an accepted offer. If you put a bid in on the first day, you are still going to have multiple other offers to contend with so you have to move fast and come in strong. Tim was amazingly committed to getting us into our first home, and would show us a house at a moments notice so that we could get in an offer right away. He helped us weigh the pros and cons of each house and determine what was qualities of a home were the most important and focused our search based on that criteria. Throughout the whole process, he stayed in constant contact and updated us to any changes or roadbumps, while always having a plan to move past them. In the end, we were able to purchase our first home that is even better than we had hoped. I would (and have) highly recommended Tim to anyone I know that is buying or selling a home.
