Tom was a huge help in finding our first home. We've worked with other brokers in the past and have never come across a broker who puts in as much work as Tom. At our first meeting he came prepared with a detailed list of homes that fit our criteria with detailed information and appointment times that made it incredibly easy for us to get through what otherwise would have been a very stressful day. Being a first time house seller, we were excited to list but didn't know the steps of what to accomplish first. Tom was truly awesome at advising us and even paid for an inspection prior to us listing our home, so that we could fix any unforeseen items that needed addressed. In addition, he works with a great team that includes an interior designer and photographer; both of which assisted us in making our home look its best! I don't expect this to always happen- but we did receive an offer within 16 hours of listing our house and I know that wouldn't have happened, without Tom's dedication to bring in his team and expertise. Furthermore, Tom also assisted us in buying our new home which was a super smooth transaction. He communicated timelines and action items as needed- which allowed us to purchase our dream home overlooking the river. My wife and I recently had Tom as our realtor for both selling our existing home and buying a new one, and let me just say, Tom is AMAZING! He made the entire process feel easy and really went out of his way to go the extra mile for us. Not only did he handle the plethora of questions, issues, forms, and discussions that had to happen between us and the other party, various real estate agents, the title company, etc... but we also knew we'd need to hire a contractor and so he spearheaded all the organizing and meetings for that too! We are so grateful for Tom and all the hard work he did for us. From the little things like bringing us our favorite Starbucks drinks, to more substantial stuff like providing us with a free home inspection, radon testing, and paying for a staging consultation from an interior designer, everything he did made the process feel smooth. And in the end we found a new house we love, and sold our existing house in under 48 hours with multiple offers for way above what we'd hoped for. Highly highly recommend him. Tom is very knowledgeable about the housing market and the quality of homes. He helped us prepare our home for the market such as complimentary staging suggestions, home inspection, and radon testing and we had multiple offers in a day, all over asking, and with a quick close. This was an into state move with come seller side complications and surprises. Tom helped us thru them all with beyond professional ease.
