This sale was more challenging than most due to this being an investment property, and Lisa handled it very well. The marketing worked generated a steady stream of interest in the property. Lisa provided excellent communication with me, our property management company, and my tenants. All of this was provided with an effective blend of phone calls, emails, and texts. After the home inspections were complete Lisa quickly engaged with multiple contractors to generate the repair quotes needed, and she coordinated getting contractors scheduled to get the repairs done. We met with Tom, and he toured my dad and mom's home and made suggestions on how to get the home ready for market. I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Tom pointed out things that would be a red flag to the inspector, after we accepted an offer. Once we decided to hire Tom, he got busy with the marketing. With in the first week we had multiple offers. At that time, Tom guided us through the process to take the best offer, meaning not only price, but how much money the buyer is putting down, do they have a house to sell, as well as closing date, mortgage company, what type of contingencies. We found out there is a lot of things that happen during a home sale. Tom gave us a book he punished HOW HE SELLS HOMES FOR TOP DOLLAR WHEN OTHER FAILED. Tom took the stress out of our lives, when he said leave it up to me!

Melissa is an excellent agent! The way she communicates with her clients allow peace of mind throughout each step of the selling process. She does an incredible job at displaying each property in an attractive way. Through different avenues of upkeeping Melissa allows the property to shine through the busyness of life. The use of drone footage was one thing I really appreciated and found fun! It is not everyday you find someone with the work ethics and attributes of Melissa!
