Lisa was worked great for us. We had young kids so we moved away and let her stage the entire house. We were able to sit back and relax as she went to work getting us multiple offers. There was an issue with an appliance in the home after we left and she helped us orchestrate getting the proper contractors and services out there in time for closing. Very helpful the whole way.

Lisa Godfrey went above and beyond to manage all aspects of the sale of my property in Hillsboro, OR. This sale was more challenging than most due to this being an investment property, and Lisa handled it very well. The marketing worked generated a steady stream of interest in the property. Lisa provided excellent communication with me, our property management company, and my tenants. All of this was provided with an effective blend of phone calls, emails, and texts. After the home inspections were complete Lisa quickly engaged with multiple contractors to generate the repair quotes needed, and she coordinated getting contractors scheduled to get the repairs done. This is the second property sale I have gone thru working with Lisa as my agent, and I would happily work with her again in the future.
