Heather was great in showing me all the houses that I found in my area. She gave me feedback for the houses in the area regarding prices and locations. I am super thankful for the few months we worked together to get me into a house. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.

First of all let me say, listen to your realtor people. Don’t listen to “realtor google” just like “dr.google” because it’s a long way down the rabbit hole and you just end up with a lot of confusing information. Did we listen to Bennie? Oh heck no, so we listed our house higher than what she recommended because we were like children. We thought we knew “better” or at the very least used emotion to drive our decision because of all the blood sweat and many tears that we put into the house in the last 7 years. The higher price coupled with the sudden rise in interest rates threw us for a loop. Gone we’re the covid days of low interest rates and buyers clawing their way to your house. So it took us a bit but through frustrations we finally listened to Bennie. She always steered us in the right direction and always listened to us. One of the best things about working with Bennie was her constant communication. I’m emotional while my husband is more level headed, and so communication is always important to me. I like to be in the know, all the time 😂. If Bennie couldn’t answer the phone right away she always made it a point to drop a text message saying she was in a meeting and what time she’d call back. And she always kept her word. She kept us in the loop on what was going on in the market, offered suggestions and was very straightforward but always friendly and nice too. I’m certain that throughout this process we made her a little crazy but she never showed it. Bennie will do whatever is in her power to make sure you get the best experience and customer service. We would use her again in an instant and when it comes time to purchase again we will use her services!
