Lisa was worked great for us
Lisa was worked great for us. We had young kids so we moved away and let her stage the entire house. We were able to sit back and relax as she went to work getting us multiple offers. There was an issue with an appliance in the home after we left and she helped us orchestrate getting the proper contractors and services out there in time for closing. Very helpful the whole way.

Lisa is an incredibly dedicated and kind individual. She’s very knowledgeable and tenacious and she will get you in the home you’ve been searching for. Lisa was patient with our constantly changing guidelines, circumstances and our very unique/complex setup. She graciously worked with my husband and I, and my father to find a home that worked for all of us while also balancing all of our personalities and differences in real estate experience. I’m very grateful that our paths crossed and we met her when we first started looking for homes. Lisa worked incredibly hard to get us into our forever home for our family, new and old.

Sold and Bought in Vernonia
Shawn worked with me on my sale and purchase in Vernonia in 2022. I always had confidence in her advice and counsel. She has a great knowledge of the industry and our area of the state in particular. Very transparent with all issues that came up, and very quick with a solution. Shawn will be burdened with me as a client every time I am selling/purchasing. :)

Shawn was amazing. She was up front with very realistic expectations. She guided us through the sale of our house helping us deal with every expected and unexpected obstacle with our best interest in mind. She had answers to all of our questions and made us feel like her priority was protecting us and making sure we were taken care of. Awesome and Reliable
Shawn worked hard to get my house sold through extremely difficult circumstances with my buyers agent and lender. I was given play by play updates to everything that was going on on a near play by play basis and she stepped up to bat for me every single time. I was never out of the loop of information. She did everything in her power to point me in the right direction when I had questions or didn’t know what to do as a first time home seller. And when it came down to dealing with things that were getting bogged down she was the one who pulled the entire deal across the finish line. She was also very fair when it came to competitive costs in my area. I could not recommend her highly enough to others that need to go through buying or selling their home.
