We both sold our old home and bought a new home with Brad as our agent. I have used other agents and had friends who worked with others, and I have to say that Brad goes beyond what most agents do. He has good insights and knowledge about resale value, and can give you good estimates on how much a remodeling project may cost in a home you are considering purchasing. We took Brad's advice on having our home ready for sale, and we had 3 offers within 48 to 72 hours! We sold it for well above list price. As a nice touch, he put Barkdust around our house, which makes it look so much nicer. Just one of many things that Brad does that not every agent does.

Working with Traci was an amazing experience. She definitely cared about the needs of my wife and I from the very beginning. On the introductory call she drilled down to a pretty well defined list of criteria that we were looking for in a house. Before we went to look at houses she gave us a rundown of what to expect in the process and gave us a very helpful reference book that detailed the steps. When viewing the houses she was incredibly observant and helpful in pointing out things that I would never have thought to look for. She is a fantastic communicator and did a fantastic job of letting us know what was required of us at every step of the way. There was never a step in the process where I felt lost or ill informed. Traci also has a network of real estate professionals such as inspectors and lenders that she recommended, who were all fantastic to work with.
