People always say buying a new home is one of the most stressful, terrifying experience we as adults go through. Kathleen debunked this myth whole heartedly. We had been casually looking for a new home for only a short time and spoken to agents I didn't feel comfortable with. High pressure and lack of understanding of our needs convinced me our journey was going to be the stereotypical saga everyone talks about. Realizing the nightmare we were destined to go through, I prepared myself for the long, stress filled journey we just started. Three weeks later we Closed the sale! And for less than the asking price! Kathleen took all the stress out of buying a home. She took care of all the little details that can get overlooked, gave us options for financing and walked us through the process step by step.
