I really appreciated working with Rachelle. She went out of her way to find the property we were interested in. She always got back to us on questions in a very timely way. She worked well with the other realtor and with the mortgage company.

Rachelle is such a hard working person. She has gone above and beyond to not only help us to sell our property but also in negotiating the terms of our closing. Since we are not in the state that Rachelle and our property are located, everything was successfully done long distance. She is very creative in her marketing. She met repairmen for us when needed. She helped us save money in repairs and in dispersing furniture that new owners did not want to keep. She helped in any way needed to get the job done. Rachelle was available and accessible early in the morning until late at night and has amazing energy and tenacity. She gave so much time to us in holding Open Houses and in communicating with us. We would highly recommend Rachelle as a realtor if you are buying or selling real estate in the Sarasota , Florida area.

She was helpful with getting us the best deal possible. She was very personable and easy to work with. The sellers were out of state and she went above and beyond to help them sell their place.

Rachelle is a tremendous advocate for her clients. She did a great job listening to our needs and was able to find some homes that were very well aligned with our preferences. We found a short sale that took a lot of extra work and Rachelle's persistence and follow through we're key for our getting the deal done. She brought in some good experts to help and even when the other party fell short, she personally stepped up with solutions out of her own pocket. I highly recommend Rachelle if you are buying or selling.

Andrew made my Sarasota Condo purchase very easy. I flew down from Connecticut to see some places. Andrew had selected a few units which were exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. He kept me informed in CT of every step, from offer till closing, making sure that every deadline was met. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone locally and out of town/state.

We found Andrew patient and cooperative as we reviewed many many homes in the Sarasota area. He was enjoyable to work with and professional in concluding a deal along with providing good sound advice to us.
