Janice Litke was extremely helpful, sweet and professional. She took her time to write letters to the owners of properties surrounding mine and was successful in negotiating the sale. Words can not describe how much I appreciate her efforts. Very patient. I recommend her in any RE transaction no matter how big or small.

Jonathon Woods’ performance during the entire real estate purchase process was superior. His market knowledge, process knowledge and interpersonal skills are all outstanding. We felt comfortable from the initial introduction through signing the final documents. His energy to solve problems and easy accessibility made this process simple from a thousand miles away. I have purchased multiple houses in my life and none of the professionals in my past compare to Jonathon. We were lucky to find him and he earned our highest recommendation for any prospective buyer/seller.

My experience with Melissa was wonderful. She is very courteous and listened to all of our questions when asked. Very professional and knowledgeable of the current real estate market in Florida. Had professional pictures and video taken that really showed the house well. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

This is the 2nd home that Melissa has helped us purchase in Bradenton, FL. She sold our first home for us and was very helpful since we live out of state! She is thorough and knowledgeable. Nothing slips through the cracks with Melissa! I have recommended her to multiple friends and they have been happy with her service as well. I highly recommend Melissa Bristol!

Jonathan took the time to listen to what we wanted in a house. First house we looked at, we bought. Exactly what we were looking for. No driving to many houses that might fit the bill. We are very happy with our purchase.

Terry told me he would hold my hand through the process of selling our beloved condo in Villa Nova Shores. He did fulfill his promise, indeed. We sold the condo quickly without drama. Yeah🙏 Terry is an astute professional that assuage our anxieties and understood our sense of loss. I recommend him without reservation.

My parents bought their home with Terry's help 13 years ago. They were very happy with the help he offered. They were moved out of state recently and decided to sell their Florida home. We contacted Terry who was anxious to offer his services. I was unsure as to how this would work since I was in Ohio. He did his comps and came back with a suggested selling price. I agreed. Within 2 days we had multiple offers. Terry kept me informed throughout the entire process. Email and phone calls...I never felt in the dark. The first deal fell through because the potential buyers had other problems. Within a day Terry had another cash off. We were able to close within about 3 weeks of listing. I would highly recommend Terry and his group for anyone looking for a realtor, whether buying or selling--local or very distant. Great agent and person to be aligned with. Thank you Terry!
