Janice took the time to find the property owner, write a letter and call the owner for a property that I wanted to purchase. She was so kind and sincere that she was able to secure the listing. Many other realtors don't take the time for such a small amount. But Janice did. She handle the sale from beginning to the end. The seller was elderly, didn't have access to the internet and everything had to be handled via snail mail. It was time consuming but she didn't give up.
