We were very lucky to have found Christine as our Realtor. She is someone who is trustworthy, client focused, organized and experienced. She was an amazing agent to work with. She listened to our needs and opinions and offered her expert advice. Our situation changed multiple times over the past 9 months of looking. We went from a 4 bedroom to a 6 bedroom and then back to a 4 bedroom. We had several specific request that we needed and knew they were unusual and/or hard to find, but she stayed focused and found us the right house. She researched the area’s before showing us any homes, had all documents for us to take with us so that we can review them later and any questions she didn’t know, she found out within a timely manner. She was on top of everything. Constant communication and updates on the status of the closing. She had a check list on everything we needed and followed up on anything missing. We couldn’t have been more happy with her. Thank you for your patience with us! We’ll never use anyone else from this point on!

Rachelle helped me sell my house that was built in 2004 and wasn't the easiest to sell because the appliances were original as was the AC. She staged it with her own things and searched the stores to find what would good. It looked great!! It sold within 3 weeks for a very good price. She stayed on top of every single detail at all times and she responded very quickly whenever I left her a message or sent an e-mail. Rachelle goes way beyond what you would expect a realtor to do and I never had a doubt that my house would sell quickly. Her advice and abilities are spot-on and I recommend her highly either to sell your house or find you a new one!
