I highly recommend Christine for all your real estate needs. We needed to find a new home in a limited amount of time and didn't have a realtor. We reached out to Christine from a property she had listed. Even though we liked that property, she recommended showing us other properties before making a decision. She always got back to us via email, text, or phone call in a timely manner to address any of our questions or concerns. I appreciate her industry knowledge, her professionalism, and her assistance throughout our home search/buying process. Anyone would be in good hands with Christine.

You couldn’t get a better realtor anywhere! Melissa is knowledgeable, professional, highly skilled individual who can help you with purchasing or selling. She listens to you and hears out all of your requests, creates a plan and executes efficiently! She represented us on the purchase and the sale of this property. She took professional photos and video along with setting up a great ad campaign that got so much attention and had the property sold very quickly.

Christine was so very patient with us, she took her time to explain the process of purchasing a home so we understood what to expect. We explored many condo's until we found the right one. My husbands medical needs were a priority to finding the perfect home for us. Christine was always available and dependable. We truly feel she is one of the best in her field and she will always be our 'go to' real estate agent.

We were very lucky to have found Christine as our Realtor. She is someone who is trustworthy, client focused, organized and experienced. She was an amazing agent to work with. She listened to our needs and opinions and offered her expert advice. Our situation changed multiple times over the past 9 months of looking. We went from a 4 bedroom to a 6 bedroom and then back to a 4 bedroom. We had several specific request that we needed and knew they were unusual and/or hard to find, but she stayed focused and found us the right house. She researched the area’s before showing us any homes, had all documents for us to take with us so that we can review them later and any questions she didn’t know, she found out within a timely manner. She was on top of everything. Constant communication and updates on the status of the closing. She had a check list on everything we needed and followed up on anything missing. We couldn’t have been more happy with her. Thank you for your patience with us! We’ll never use anyone else from this point on!

Rachelle helped me sell my house that was built in 2004 and wasn't the easiest to sell because the appliances were original as was the AC. She staged it with her own things and searched the stores to find what would good. It looked great!! It sold within 3 weeks for a very good price. She stayed on top of every single detail at all times and she responded very quickly whenever I left her a message or sent an e-mail. Rachelle goes way beyond what you would expect a realtor to do and I never had a doubt that my house would sell quickly. Her advice and abilities are spot-on and I recommend her highly either to sell your house or find you a new one!

We began communicating with Nathan beore we even left the UK. He and his wife Courtney would send us suitable properties to consider for over a year before we came out. When we finally arrived, in September 2019, Nathan did everything he could to find us our "forever home". We were very difficult to please and he drove us all over the place! He was always in a good mood and constantly coming up with new suggestions to fit our complex criteria. After a few months with a delay in the middle because of my husband's unexpected illness, we finally found the right property. Nathan helped us every step of the way with the buying process which we were totally unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend Nathan.
