I can't speak highly enough about Nathan. We moved from out-of-state and were not familiar with how things were done in Florida. Nathan pretty much took care of everything for us. He arranged all of the parties from the loan officer to the inspectors and gave us names of insurance providers, home security, pest control and everything we needed so we could focus on moving from across the country! When we could not be there for important matters, Nathan was there for us. He made is so easy for us during such a stressful, yet exciting time.
