We absolutely love her. Melissa is so professional and knowledgeable about the builders and the area. She listens to what we think we want and then helps us narrow down the choices. There is never any pressure, just good information on everything we have looked at. If you are considering a home anywhere near Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, or close by, Melissa is the one to help you. No one will work harder for you.

I met Melissa when I was touring some open houses in River Strand when I was on vacation. I had been looking around for a few years, and when I walked into the condo that Melissa was showing, she was super friendly and started giving me some advice about buying a condo in the community. I realized after I had seen several condos that there was one condo that I was really interested in, and immediately contacted Melissa to help me through this process. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, not only about the real estate market, but about River Strand too. When your real estate agent lives in the community that you want to buy in, that's always a good sign! Melissa was almost always available for questions, and if she was busy, she would let me know that she would get back to me as soon as possible. I was always testing her, and she would always text me back in a timely manner. She recommended people for me to contact regarding things like financing, insurance and inspections which was great (since I'm not from the area). There were times when I was a little stressed over things, and she was always there to reassure me and calm me down. This is an exciting time to realize my dream and Melissa was excited to help me make it happen. Thank you so much Melissa for coming along on my journey!!

I can't emphasize enough how awesome Rachelle is ! My move comprised of not only finding a home.,but finding a home 3000 miles away. I flew in 3 times from California. Each time she had plenty of options for me and my wife. She literally got into my head and understood the things we wanted. She read between the lines of things I said and filtered what I said, so when we were looking the homes she showed me what we're exactly what we wanted and needed. On the flip side the agent I had in California to sell the house was not good at all, and she even helped me survive that process with great advice. She helped us in so many ways throughout the finding of our new home. Her contacts that she gave us from the lenders to the lawyers we're all top drawer. It was what you want out of such a big purchase. Someone who made you feel like you were the only priority in her life. You would be crazy to have any other realtor.

I highly recommend Melissa Bristol. She professionally handled the sale of our home, answering many calls and handling showings. She was always available and responsive to any questions that we or potential buyers had. She even answered my phone call when she was on a birthday celebration dinner. She is knowledgeable in representing both buyers and sellers. She was top notch from the listing through the closing. Definitely will use her services again for any buying/selling transactions.

I was probably the most difficult customer for this team haha! I must have looked at 50 different houses!! Katy Dilmore had a never ending supply of patience, knowledge, and time for me. She's very good at what she does. Anyone who works with her will love her.

During our search, Tim always kept us up to date on every home that came up for sale in our search area. When we were ready to purchase he took care of everything. We bought our home via the phone and email and Tim made the process so easy and understandable. He went out of his way to do the little things also. We felt safe with him at the helm, he was more than just a Realtor for us.
