Rachelle helped me sell my house that was built in 2004 and wasn't the easiest to sell because the appliances were original as was the AC. She staged it with her own things and searched the stores to find what would good. It looked great!! It sold within 3 weeks for a very good price. She stayed on top of every single detail at all times and she responded very quickly whenever I left her a message or sent an e-mail. Rachelle goes way beyond what you would expect a realtor to do and I never had a doubt that my house would sell quickly. Her advice and abilities are spot-on and I recommend her highly either to sell your house or find you a new one!

I can't emphasize enough how awesome Rachelle is ! My move comprised of not only finding a home.,but finding a home 3000 miles away. I flew in 3 times from California. Each time she had plenty of options for me and my wife. She literally got into my head and understood the things we wanted. She read between the lines of things I said and filtered what I said, so when we were looking the homes she showed me what we're exactly what we wanted and needed. On the flip side the agent I had in California to sell the house was not good at all, and she even helped me survive that process with great advice. She helped us in so many ways throughout the finding of our new home. Her contacts that she gave us from the lenders to the lawyers we're all top drawer. It was what you want out of such a big purchase. Someone who made you feel like you were the only priority in her life. You would be crazy to have any other realtor.

I really appreciated working with Rachelle. She went out of her way to find the property we were interested in. She always got back to us on questions in a very timely way. She worked well with the other realtor and with the mortgage company.

Rachelle is such a hard working person. She has gone above and beyond to not only help us to sell our property but also in negotiating the terms of our closing. Since we are not in the state that Rachelle and our property are located, everything was successfully done long distance. She is very creative in her marketing. She met repairmen for us when needed. She helped us save money in repairs and in dispersing furniture that new owners did not want to keep. She helped in any way needed to get the job done. Rachelle was available and accessible early in the morning until late at night and has amazing energy and tenacity. She gave so much time to us in holding Open Houses and in communicating with us. We would highly recommend Rachelle as a realtor if you are buying or selling real estate in the Sarasota , Florida area.

She was helpful with getting us the best deal possible. She was very personable and easy to work with. The sellers were out of state and she went above and beyond to help them sell their place.
