Jim was very thorough and got us top dollar in a short amount of time. Worked around our schedule when showing the house, which was still being liver in at the time. Was very satisfied.

I’ve never had a more amazing experience with a realtor. Jim is patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He was an excellent fit for my family’s from New York move to Florida. He provided updated home listings, virtual showings and kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole home buying process. Jim made this transition so smooth we recommend him to everyone who is looking to purchase a home in Florida. He went above and beyond and our family is truly grateful. You can not loose with Jim on your team!!!!
