As first time home buyers, buying in another state, we had tons of questions, and Yarieris was always incredibly quick to answer. She made us feel as if we were right there, instead of states away. She would do video walk-throughs of homes so that we could see and ask questions. We had to rely heavily on her opinions of the homes and communities that we were interested in, and she did not disappoint. With Yarieris assistance we found the perfect rental property for our long term goals. We are making money on the rental income every month, and have enjoyed 2 wonderful vacations at the house so far. The home, and the process of finding and purchasing the home, was far easier than I expected. I would absolutely recommend Yarieris to anyone looking to buy a home or rental property in the Florida area.

Janet is a great agent. She showed us multiple houses and also different communities so we could see the differences between them. She stayed active with the house after the close helping us with contractors doing work for us since we do not live full time in Florida. An honest, experienced and caring realtor on your side is key, more so during this hectic real estate market. The decision to purchase a Florida home came fast and furious.
