As first time home buyers, buying in another state, we had tons of questions, and Yarieris was always incredibly quick to answer. She made us feel as if we were right there, instead of states away. She would do video walk-throughs of homes so that we could see and ask questions. We had to rely heavily on her opinions of the homes and communities that we were interested in, and she did not disappoint. With Yarieris assistance we found the perfect rental property for our long term goals. We are making money on the rental income every month, and have enjoyed 2 wonderful vacations at the house so far.
