Excellent service. He always responded no matter what. He is very reliable and honest. I never felt he was trying to just put me in a house just to make a sell. However the listing he provided made me feel we was looking for a home. I highly recommend him.

10/10 would definitely recommend Jim! He’s knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his clients. Jim guided us through the process and we ended up purchasing our first home! He provides great communication and worked with our schedules to view properties. His expertise made us feel comfortable throughout the process and made sure that it was as stress-free as possible. I’m thankful to have worked with him! No words can express how grateful I am to have had Jim on this journey to find our first home. Do not hesitate to call him to find your next property!

My experience with Jim was absolutely amazing. I am not a person who enjoys the house shopping process at all. Jim listened to what we wanted, pointed us in the right direction, and communicated things to us in a very efficient manner. Jim was very aware of all the problems that can happen to delay a closing and he was well in front of those problems and our closing occurred as scheduled. I would recommend him and his team to anyone that is serious about buying a property.

Jim and his staff was AWESOME! I was looking to relocate to FL and received Jim’s contact through Dave Ramsey’s ELP. He worked with me while I was out of state, asking the the right questions, and maintain constant communication to help me find my home. Working with Jim, it didn’t feel like a business relationship but a good friend that steered me in the right direction with his knowledge, experience, and passion for what he does! I am sure each clients situation is different but I truly believe he went above and beyond to ensure the home search and logistics behind my purchase was A+. THANK YOU 😊 for your services in bringing this Navy girl 🫡 back to Florida 😎!!!

Great experience with our purchase! Jim helped us and made us comfortable in making the deal. We trusted him to go see the home for us since we were unable to see it in a timely manner being from another State. He was there for us along the way and helped answer any questions about the area or property. He/ the McQuade team definitely knows his/ their stuff and will guide you whether you are buying or selling. They followed through on everything till the end!
