Janet helped us in so many instances. First helped us find a rental house in Florida when we (my family) were still in Colorado. She went above and beyond sugesting me houses every week that met my criteria; And went even further showing me the houses by videocall before comiting. Fastfoward 6 months later, I used her services again to buy a house. Her knowledge, expertise, advises and patience made the selection of the house stress free and transparent at all times. Even helped me select from various Home and Flood Insurance companies base on her experience, but always leaving room for me to make the final dicision.
