Jim was very thorough in his job, meeting with me or talking by phone with me anytime I requested. His estimate of sell time was spot on and he got me top dollar. The house sold the day after it had an open house. We got higher sale price than what we expected and didn't have to play games with negotiation of who pays what. Jim detailed every step of the selling process and did pre-open house marketing that I believe made a huge difference. I am very pleased with his service and highly recommend him as a sales agent.
