It was a good experience, overall. I received good guidance from Colin, and he was very responsive whenever I contacted him with questions or requests...also pleasant to work with. There were times when I had hoped for more phone follow up with realtors of potential buyers who asked to be kept in the loop, but it seems email is the primary mode of communication. Thank you for a successful sale!

Emily Leach is amazing. She took the time to learn about our home and all the selling points. She helped us come up with a good sales price and did great research on what it should be. We had 2 other realtors from other companies come, and they were going to have us list for $50k less. We ended up getting an offer on the house on day 2, which tells me we would've lost money if we went with them. Emily helped us get a stager for our house which made it look amazing for photos and the open house. Her communication was amazing and we felt very well taken care of.
