Sandra was more than we would have ever expected; the absolute epitome of customer service! Sandra is knowledgeable, accomidating, and informative every step of the way. She even made sure we settled well AFTER the sell! On our way accross the country, she went out of her way by many many miles, to check on our house as we were traveling. Sandra is the standard that agents should strive for. Thank you Sandra!!

Unbelievable! Just out of this world, above and beyond service from Sandra Russen! During our transition from North Carolina to Minnesota we have interacted with numerous realtors and none compare to Sandra. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Jill Amundson was absolutely amazing through every step of the process. She was extremely patient as we worked through the difficult process of our relocation from out of state. She helped us understand the various neighborhoods that we were considering and the nuances of the different types of homes that we toured. We never felt a moment of pressure from her to do anything other than what was best for our family. Her communication skills are unparalleled and her representation through the negotiation process was masterful. She practices at the highest level of her profession. We could not recommend her more highly.

Jill did a great job helping us through all the steps leading to putting the house on the market. Her advice was sound, and she was willing to understand and make recommendations when we fell short of being ready when we thought we would be. She worked through many channels to insure the greatest market exposure for our home, and was ready and able to guide us through the entire process. Our ability to access her help well beyond normal business hours was much appreciated. We felt that we and our satisfaction were very important to her.

I put all of my trust in Sandra, and did not walk away with any regrets. Sandra should receive a medal of honor after having to deal with me!
