Lynn was a joy to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable and helped me through a process that was a bit new to me. At one point we had to do some extra work to clear up some paperwork with Hennepin County and Lynn suggested we make an appointment and go to the downtown Mpls location together. That extra, over the top support is one of the things that sealed the deal and we closed on the sale of my house soon there after. Very grateful. Highly recommend Lynn Groll!

Overall, it was a positive experience. Lynn was great to work with and helped me through the process of buying my first home without any major hiccups. There were at some times minor communication issues but overall, the process was smooth and I would have no qualms reaching out to her again the next time I need a realtor.
