Per usual Marla Jean was outstanding. She helped us find the property we wanted and helped us close the deal we wanted. She invested significant time outside of work hours to help us. We'd highly recommend her for anyone looking for a property in the Minneapolis area.

We worked with Heather Grant. It was a great experience for us. Heather gave us good advice, accommodated our schedules and timelines and most importantly, greatly assisted us in the final negotiation process. It had been a long time since we were in the home shopping mode, so she helped to get us up to speed and ready to respond to current market dynamics. I would recommend Heather to anyone, in fact she is now assisting a family member of ours.

Would not work with anyone else, Marla Jean is the best.

Sandra Russen did an excellent job of advertising the property and getting information out to prospective buyers. She kept me informed every week once or more times every week. She knew the Montevideo Market and a lot of people who live here. I never dreamed that the property would sell as fast as it did! The e-sign process worked really well. Jim

We absolutely adored working with Carey to buy our first home. We knew absolutely nothing about the home buying process coming in, and when Carey said she’d be with us every step of the way - she meant it! We never felt stressed or overwhelmed due to Carey’s consistent and timely communication, knowledge about the process, and patience with our questions. We’ve always been told how stressful the home buying process is, so we were prepared for the worst - however that was far from the experience we had working with Carey and Fazendin. From start to finish we felt more than taken care of and fondly look back on our quick and efficient, first time, home buying experience!

Sarah was amazing. We had several crazy things happen during the process and Sarah always came through with creative ideas on how to move forward. She was professional, positive and had a great sense of humor. I would recommend her without hesitation. We were lucky to have her on our side walking us through the process of selling our house.

We had a challenging list of criteria to satisfy in this lot search and I think we checked them all!

Heather was fantastic! She was patient and thorough when dealing with all of our questions, flexible on timing for showings, and really helped guide us through the process. We'll happily recommend her to anyone we know in need of a realtor!
