I cannot say enough about Michelle and Chris, they helped us buy our home from start to finish, site unseen. They gave us great advice to help us make our choice as well. I am on assignment out of the country for the upcoming TSMC project and needed there help to purchase what I hope turns out to be our home for the future. The process went smooth until the bank I chose to use could not wrap there arms around my assignment specifics causing us to find another lender at the last minute. As first time home buyers we were nervous about entering the market during such a crazy time (Nov of 2020) in a market as hot as Phoenix area, however all of our anxiety and nerves went away once we started working with Chris Spalding. He is INCREDIBLY responsive (responds within minutes) which really helped because we had lots of questions. We were continually impressed with his knowledge of the area and homes, and he certainly prevented us from making bad decisions and provided us with so much information to help us make good ones. He was also very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting with him, seeing homes, and talking.
