As first time home buyers we were nervous about entering the market during such a crazy time (Nov of 2020) in a market as hot as Phoenix area, however all of our anxiety and nerves went away once we started working with Chris Spalding. He is INCREDIBLY responsive (responds within minutes) which really helped because we had lots of questions. We were continually impressed with his knowledge of the area and homes, and he certainly prevented us from making bad decisions and provided us with so much information to help us make good ones. He was also very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting with him, seeing homes, and talking. We will certainly be using him as our real estate agent for the rest of our time here in Phoenix, and I highly recommend Chris and his team to everyone.
