Chris and Michelle were very professional, yet still had a personal touch. They far exceeded my expectations and were a bright spot in an otherwise darker part of my life. They were extremely professional and able to get my house sold very quick and for a great price despite the market had already begun to deteriorate. They also listened to what I wanted in a replacement house and found more house than I thought I could get in a better neighborhood than I could've hoped for that was still within my budget. I went with Chris and michelle because they did a great job selling my daughters house. Working with Chris and Michelle was a breeze. They knew exactly what to do to sell my house and were totally honest with me and gave excellent recommendations as we got the house ready to sell. We posted the house on the internet on Thursday night. Five or six offers the very next day and we closed 30 days later for approximately 5% more than asking price. I will also use them for buying my next house in a few months. I would always highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

I cannot say enough about Michelle and Chris, they helped us buy our home from start to finish, site unseen. They gave us great advice to help us make our choice as well. I am on assignment out of the country for the upcoming TSMC project and needed there help to purchase what I hope turns out to be our home for the future. The process went smooth until the bank I chose to use could not wrap there arms around my assignment specifics causing us to find another lender at the last minute. Michelle kicked in with her suggested lender and we were closed three weeks saving the deal. I can't thank them enough for all they did.
