We're long distance snowbirds from the UK and for 15 years had lived winters in our Arizona home. For various reasons and regretfully the time had come to sell. This was a tremendously difficult decision, but when we approached Michelle and Chris they recognised this and immediately took control of the situation. We tidied our home, packed our things and handed the keys to them. No fuss, no bother, we sold our home in 4 weeks.
