What a genuinely amazing human being! We had the pleasure of doing three transactions with Chris and Team. He was always prepared and knowledgeable. Spalding Team for the win!

Chris and Michelle have helped us buy and sell (3) homes in the Phoenix area. They are exceptional, especially when it comes to marketing and selling the property. They prepared the home by making sure that all of the right marketing techniques were used to showcase our home highlighting its greatest features. They quickly held an open house which drew amazing feedback and we had our home sold within 30 days. We're long distance snowbirds from the UK and for 15 years had lived winters in our Arizona home

We're long distance snowbirds from the UK and for 15 years had lived winters in our Arizona home. For various reasons and regretfully the time had come to sell. This was a tremendously difficult decision, but when we approached Michelle and Chris they recognised this and immediately took control of the situation. We tidied our home, packed our things and handed the keys to them. No fuss, no bother, we sold our home in 4 weeks. Who ever said it was one of the most stressful situations in a lifetime needs to talk to the folks at White Peak. We're back in the UK and facing our first English winter in many a year . . . maybe we'll be talking to them again soon!
