About Michelle

Michelle Spalding is the Owner and Designated Broker of White Peak Real Estate and co-leads The Spalding Team with her husband and business partner, Chris Spalding. Based in Peoria, Arizona, Michelle and Chris have more than 15 years of real estate experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Northwest Valley, with deep expertise in Vistancia and North Peoria. Before real estate, Michelle worked in executive management and human resources, experience that continues to shape her approach to communication, negotiation and problem-solving. She is known for being highly involved in her clients' transactions, with a strong focus on preparation, attention to detail and helping clients understand their options so they can make confident decisions. As the Designated Broker of White Peak Real Estate, Michelle brings extensive contract and transaction experience to her work with clients. She also has a strong interest in the preparation and marketing side of real estate, helping sellers determine which improvements will make a difference and using staging, professional marketing and thoughtful positioning to present homes at their best. North Peoria isn't simply an area Michelle serves—it's home. She and Chris have lived and raised their family here, built their businesses here and watched communities such as Vistancia grow and evolve over the years. Chris and Michelle created White Peak Real Estate as a boutique brokerage where clients receive experienced representation without losing the personal service that has always been central to their business. Much of The Spalding Team's business comes from repeat clients and referrals, including families who have trusted them through multiple moves and different chapters of life.

Chris Spalding is co-owner of White Peak Real Estate and co-leads The Spalding Team with his wife and business partner, Michelle Spalding, Owner and Designated Broker of White Peak Real Estate. Based in Peoria, Arizona, Chris and Michelle have more than 15 years of real estate experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Northwest Valley, with deep expertise in Vistancia and North Peoria. Originally from England, Chris relocated to Arizona nearly 30 years ago and understands firsthand that moving is about much more than finding a house. His personal relocation experience, combined with years of helping clients make their own moves, gives him a unique perspective on finding the right home, community and lifestyle. Before real estate, Chris spent many years in corporate leadership with American Express and IBM. He brings that same organized, thoughtful approach to his real estate clients today. Known for his calm demeanor, responsiveness and follow-through, Chris has a talent for keeping complicated transactions manageable and clients informed throughout the process. As part of The Spalding Team at White Peak Real Estate, Chris works closely with Michelle throughout each transaction. Their complementary strengths allow clients to benefit from two experienced brokers who remain personally involved from the first conversation through closing. North Peoria is also home. Chris and Michelle have lived and raised their family here, built their businesses here and watched communities such as Vistancia grow and evolve over the years. As Founder and Designated Broker of Lake Pleasant Real Estate, Benjamin leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers throughout Peoria, Arizona and the greater Phoenix market. B.J. is a member of the prestigious 40 Under 40 and has twice been awarded the Top Sales Volume Award, the top award given out by the local WeMAR Realtor® Association. Benjamin has lived in Arizona since 2006. He and his wife, Amanda, have 2 children; Hudson (12) and Reese (8). They live in Blackstone Country Club and enjoy golf, travel, and new experiences with friends. Benjamin and his family enjoy giving back to the local community. They support the local schools, sponsor numerous clubs and events throughout the year, and each December host a Toys for Tots Holiday Party that has brought in more than 23,000 toys and over $65,000 in donations that help make the holidays great for local families in need.

League of his own

What a genuinely amazing human being! We had the pleasure of doing three transactions with Chris and Team. He was always prepared and knowledgeable. What was more important than this was the intangibles. I really loved doing business this him. He came with solutions and great guidance. He gave us confidence to trust the process and we ended up on the winning side with Chris, everytime. It is rare to end up with a friend not just a realitor. Spalding Team for the win!

Chris and Michelle have helped us buy and sell (3) homes in the Phoenix area. They are exceptional, especially when it comes to marketing and selling the property. Their expertise helped us sell our Vistancia home in 60 days. Amazing! We can’t say enough good things about them. We highly recommend them.

Chris and Michelle Spalding sold our home quickly and effortlessly. They prepared the home by making sure that all of the right marketing techniques were used to showcase our home highlighting its greatest features. They quickly held an open house which drew amazing feedback and we had our home sold within 30 days. Their communication was thorough and they were quick to respond to all of our questions and address all of our concerns. We would highly recommend using them!

We're long distance snowbirds from the UK and for 15 years had lived winters in our Arizona home

We're long distance snowbirds from the UK and for 15 years had lived winters in our Arizona home. For various reasons and regretfully the time had come to sell. This was a tremendously difficult decision, but when we approached Michelle and Chris they recognised this and immediately took control of the situation. We tidied our home, packed our things and handed the keys to them. No fuss, no bother, we sold our home in 4 weeks. Who ever said it was one of the most stressful situations in a lifetime needs to talk to the folks at White Peak. We're back in the UK and facing our first English winter in many a year . . . maybe we'll be talking to them again soon!
