Chris Spalding is co-owner of White Peak Real Estate and co-leads The Spalding Team with his wife and business partner, Michelle Spalding, Owner and Designated Broker of White Peak Real Estate. Based in Peoria, Arizona, Chris and Michelle have more than 15 years of real estate experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Northwest Valley, with deep expertise in Vistancia and North Peoria.
Originally from England, Chris relocated to Arizona nearly 30 years ago and understands firsthand that moving is about much more than finding a house. His personal relocation experience, combined with years of helping clients make their own moves, gives him a unique perspective on finding the right home, community and lifestyle.
Before real estate, Chris spent many years in corporate leadership with American Express and IBM. He brings that same organized, thoughtful approach to his real estate clients today. Known for his calm demeanor, responsiveness and follow-through, Chris has a talent for keeping complicated transactions manageable and clients informed throughout the process.
As part of The Spalding Team at White Peak Real Estate, Chris works closely with Michelle throughout each transaction. Their complementary strengths allow clients to benefit from two experienced brokers who remain personally involved from the first conversation through closing.
North Peoria is also home. Chris and Michelle have lived and raised their family here, built their businesses here and watched communities such as Vistancia grow and evolve over the years. That firsthand connection gives Chris local knowledge that extends well beyond market statistics.
