When we discovered Lake Norman and moved to the “Denver of the East,” it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. My three children thrived in this picturesque lake community, making lifelong friends and attending outstanding schools. Lake Norman quickly became our true home, and I’ve fully embraced the local spirit by getting involved in the community and contributing to its continued growth.
With a background in education, I’ve developed a deep understanding of people, which naturally led to my dream profession as a Realtor®. Excellent, professional and reliable
I cannot recommend Deanna Galloway highly enough! Since we lived far away from the home we were selling, we were naturally anxious about managing the process from a distance. However, Deanna completely eliminated all of our stress. Her communication was flawless, and responses were incredibly fast no matter the day including helping during the weekends. What truly set her apart was how she went above and beyond by assisting with hands-on home care while we were away. Locally checking on the property gave us complete peace of mind. An Out-of-State Success Story: Working with Pilar
Moving to North Carolina from out of state was a major life transition, but working with Pilar made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We began our journey with her in 2024 when we were still in the early stages of planning. During our initial visits, Pilar patiently showed us various properties without ever making us feel rushed. Because we weren't ready to move right away, Pilar set us up on a listing notification program. This was incredibly helpful, as it allowed us to follow the North Carolina housing market in real-time from our home out of state.
