Katie Hocker

We began our journey with Katie thinking it would be awhile before the perfect piece of land came up. Imagine our surprise when she found us exactly what we were looking for in only a couple months! She was notified of a listing that was coming out of contract, notified us, met us at the land the next day, and helped us craft an offer. We are so thankful that she cared enough to act so fast! The entire process was like this. Katie’s communication was on point. She always knew what was going on with our closing, communicated what our tasks were, got any questions we had answered promptly, and had a smile on her face the entire time. We couldn’t recommend Katie enough as a realtor!

Katie was great! Her knowledge of the Denver/LKN market is professional and personal. The market took an odd turn shortly after listing, but Katie guided us every step of the way. From advice on listing prep, referrals for work we needed done on the home, being flexible with multiple Open Houses, following up with us after showings, and being a great sounding board on our ideas...she was overall wonderful to work with!

We recently purchased five acres of land, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Katie was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and smooth. We are so excited about our new property and grateful to have had her help us find the perfect piece of land for our family!

Katie made our experience an enjoyable one. She showed us houses in our market range. When we located one we were interested in, she got us a walk through appointment right away. The closing went very well. I will choose her for our next purchase and recommend her to others.

Katie was so patient in our lengthy house search. She found the perfect house for us. All communication with her was very clear. We never had to wait for a response!! We would definitely work with her again!!

Regardless of time of day, Katie was always available and provided all updates in a timely manner. Katie is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Lake Norman real estate market.
