Moving to North Carolina from out of state was a major life transition, but working with Pilar made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We began our journey with her in 2024 when we were still in the early stages of planning. During our initial visits, Pilar patiently showed us various properties without ever making us feel rushed. Because we weren't ready to move right away, Pilar set us up on a listing notification program. This was incredibly helpful, as it allowed us to follow the North Carolina housing market in real-time from our home out of state. It kept us informed and connected to the market until the timing was right for us to make our move. Our goal was to settle into a 55+ neighborhood, and this past summer, Pilar introduced us to the Del Webb community. She understood exactly what we were looking for, and with her expert guidance, we successfully bought our beautiful new home. We are incredibly grateful for Pilar’s patience, knowledge, and dedication, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to relocate.

Pilar communicates well with her clients, is very knowledgeable of the housing market and an absolute joy to look at properties with. I highly recommend Pilar to any client who is selling, purchasing or both, she’ll give you the time and expertise you expect.

Pilar goes above and beyond the expectations of an agent and is proactively on top of related issues whether repairs or sub-contractors, etc.

She made things so easy! Always allowed for me to make my own decisions and never pushed me one way or the other. I was a first time home buyer and she explained every step of the way. Made sure I was comfortable with everything we did.

She really listens to her clients and goes the extra mile. She is very knowledgeable about the current market. Pilar was professional and a pleasure to work with. She made sure our questions were answered in a timely manner.
