She made herself available day or night. A true pleasure to work with. Answered questions promptly and on the very rare occasion she wasn’t sure of something she let us know and did the work to get the answers. Lori Raath was our realtor, to sell my father’s home after he passed. She is very knowledgeable, and keeps you informed every step of the way. She went over and above. Picking up the mail for us. Scanning and sending important documents that I asked for. A lot of little things for us like unplugging the golf cart in the garage, to having the appliances and bathrooms professionally cleaned. I was able to find my perfect home because Lori likes to wave to people! My home in Lake Ashton never actually went on the market. It was owned by someone who never lived here, but was renovating with the plan to market it when complete. Every time Lori would drive by on her golf cart and see the owner working on the house, she would wave. Eventually he called her to say how friendly she was and that he wanted to show her his house. Once she saw it, she called me because it met the criteria I was looking for. And she put the deal together. Thank you Lori!

In a slow moving market Lori stuck by us with updates and showings. There were many houses on the market at the same time as ours. Showed our house at least a dozen times sometimes to people she was pretty sure would not be interested. She said many times that the right buyer is out there. All our communications were very cordial and informative. She reminded positive that we would get a buyer. Finally the right person came and the process of negotiating a sale price went smoothly, the buyers according to her really loved the house. We highly recommend Lori to anyone looking to purchase in Lake Ashton.
