We really enjoyed working with Lori Raath as our real estate agent. We had a house to sell in a 55+ community. It was not easy, but Lori worked very hard to make it happen. She was great at communicating what we needed to do to help us in selling our house. She has a wealth of information concerning the housing market, strategies to help the house sell and she knew the community we lived in extremely well. She was always available... if not right away, she always returned phone calls or texts and took the time to meet with us whenever we felt we needed to. Although our house sold for a lower price than what we originally listed it at, we see that as the fault of the existing market today... especially in a 55+ community.
