Lori first sold a home to our daughter. That was such a successful transaction that our daughter told us about Lori. Upon calling her, we immediately were struck with her professionalism. She quickly communicated the "lay of the land" and forwarded to us several listings for our consideration. Because ours was a contingent sale and purchase, we had to proceed carefully and patiently. These traits she exhibited to both us and potential sellers. As a result we didn't get ahead of ourselves and into a bind. And patiently we viewed dozens of houses over a four month period.
