We really enjoyed working with Lori Raath as our real estate agent. We had a house to sell in a 55+ community. It was not easy, but Lori worked very hard to make it happen. She was great at communicating what we needed to do to help us in selling our house. She has a wealth of information concerning the housing market, strategies to help the house sell and she knew the community we lived in extremely well. She was always available... if not right away, she always returned phone calls or texts and took the time to meet with us whenever we felt we needed to. Although our house sold for a lower price than what we originally listed it at, we see that as the fault of the existing market today... especially in a 55+ community. We would recommend Lori Raath to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Winter Haven area and especially in Lake Ashton.

Lori laid out everything we needed to do clearly with an easy timeline to get it done. She was very prompt with responses via phone, text or email. Masterful coordination, great communication and excellent organizational skills! She has a great personality and was just a joy to work with!! The easiest real estate transaction ever! I have dealt with hundreds of Realtors in my 30 plus years as chief legal counsel for a title company here in Northeast Ohio. We had 13 showings on the house in almost one year but no offers were made. The house was clean and in good shape. Finally Lori had a showing and received an offer well below the listing price. Aggravated, frustrated and depressed we decided to accept the offer. We lost big but are pleased to have it sold. Lori tried hard for us and we appreciate her hard work and determination.
