Selling our house was quick and easy with Lori’s knowledge and she was available to answer questions and keep us informed with what was happening every step of the way. She always answered the phone, texts, emails and was flexible to meet with you in person anytime of the day! Knowledgeable and helpful with Docusign which was great for us. She has great advice for staging the home for pictures and is very professional. We recommend her a thousand times over!!

Lori was great to work with to find our home in Lake Ashton. She was very patient (we looked at A LOT of homes!) and was always prompt and professional, along with being friendly and very personable. We live in PA and dealing with her long distance was easy. She responded to texts, emails and phone calls quickly to set up appointments when we would be in Florida. Lori was attentive to things we liked and disliked so she was able to guide us to homes that fit our needs. We would highly recommend anyone to work with Lori to find your home!

Lori was awesome from our first telephone conversation through closing and getting adjusted to our new home. We were out of state and before we got here she kept in constant contact through text, calls and emails making sure we were getting the information we were looking for to begin our new home search. She also found us a rental home in the neighborhood for as much time as we needed to find and move in a new home. The day after our arrival she had 11 homes scheduled for us to see, which may seemlike a lot to some but it was exactly what we needed and wanted. In 3 days she found us the perfect house that fit our wants and needs. We also wanted a fast inspection and closing, and she was on it. We were in our new home in less than 25 days from arrival into Florida. If we ever decide to move again we sure hope it is to an area where she can assist us because we don’t think another realtor could meet her standards of excellence and customer service.
