We purchased our first home from Lori in 2004, since then we purchased 3 more homes in Lake Ashton from Lori. We recently sold the fourth home (April 2022) in Lake Ashton. We listed with Lori in her new position as a realtor in the Lake Ashton Realty department. I believe that it goes without saying that Lori is a first class individual and realtor, otherwise, we would have not dealt with her four times. Lori is very conscientious, knowledgeable and knows the Lake Ashton market better than anyone working that market. She kept us apprised of the transaction in the various stages, answered all questions in a timely manner. We were absentee owners of the last property and Lori took care of all the details of meeting the Buyer's agent, appraiser, home inspector, and our cleaning lady, and repairman. We have bought and sold 20 properties in our 60 year marriage, and I would have to say that Lori was definitely the best of the best. Lori has the knowledge, experience, patience, and can put the Buyer or Seller at ease during what can be a stressful time. Lori is "Simply the Best" without question.
