It Became a long process for us trying to receive our funds. Lori was always positive and worked hard to get us this house. She’s extremely knowledgeable and a fast thinker. Lori is a fantastic realtor to work with! She is very knowledgeable and strives to make the process easy on whoever she represents. She is well versed in trusted contractors who can help with any needs. It is obvious that she takes her client's satisfaction very personally, working what ever hours and time of day to get immediate answers to questions. Even when we would say "no hurry" to any question we asked, answers came back very quickly. Lori Raath is truly the ONLY realtor I would recommend in the Winter Haven/Lake Wales area. She was by far the most responsive, trustworthy, reliable realtor I have ever worked with (and this is my 5th house). She was very easy to work with and truly had my best interest in mind. I was ready to make an offer on a home for which she was the listing agent (which would give her both buyer and seller commission), but she felt strongly that I should look at all the homes on our list. From that, we found a different house that worked MUCH better, and she was not the listing agent. She had genuine integrity and cared about us finding the right home, not how much commission she would make. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you are searching for a realtor and Lori serves your area - she is the one to work with. Oh, and my parents are moving here in the spring, and we are hiring her to work with them as well. She is "parent-approved" !
