We met Dan 4 years ago when we were looking for a condo in St. Pete for our son. The listing agent didn't want to go out on the weekend and that was all the time we had. I called Dan and he met me there two hours later and we bought the unit the same day. As we were from out of town, Dan handled all of the arrangements and made it all seamless. He even helped us in getting a couple of repairs done. Now, four years later, our son moved out of state and we listed with Dan. He sold the unit in one day at full asking price (never expected that). Again, he handled everything and sent us a check. It was easy and very straightforward. We have another house to sell in the spring and I have no doubt we will give the listing to Dan. If you want it done correctly and easily, you should hire Dan - for buying or selling. To make it even better, he has the backing of KW, a great company.

Our family was relocating to to the Valrico/Lithia/Brandon area. We knew nothing about the area or the school districts other than their proximity to our new jobs. Stephanie made the transition as smooth and painless as possible. She helped us understand the pros and cons of each neighborhood and offered invaluable insight into the schools. She even called a school to inquire about programs for one of my children simply because she knew how much it meant to my child. Who does that?! She was able to inquisitively know what we may or may not like about specific homes. Many times I had to rely on her to look at the houses for me because I was not able to return to the area prior to moving. Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything and made us think of things we hadn't considered. I would absolutely recommend her!

We were relocating from New York to Florida, and Stephanie came highly recommended. She was always available for questions, and very knowledgeable of the area. My husband and I had only 3 days to look at different locations, and find the house we wanted. As soon as we landed she wasted no time meeting us, and showing us different areas and houses. We had her out past 10PM showing houses. She was great, and found us exactly what we wanted. Not knowing anything about Florida, Stephanie stepped up and recommended utilities, and also preschools to help us. She went above and beyond for us. By far the best agent we have ever worked with. Update: After our move to Florida, my husbands company transferred us from Florida to Charlotte. We used Stephanie to sell our house. She helped us stage our house and gave us pointers to sell. She did not disappoint.
