Initially after looking at about 6 units we decided to change our criteria a bit and then we had to head home ( not FL residents). A few weeks later Stephanie reached out to us on a condo listing she saw in Tierra Verde that was amazing. She arranged a video tour for us and we fell in love with it. We had to do everything long distance and she was awesome on all aspects. She got us a great price and a great deal on the unit. .Had to do a remote closing, that was very smooth. About 6 weeks later we made it down to FL to actually stay in our new unit, opened the deck blinds and off of our balcony were dolphins in the canal that we could see - we joked that Stephanie did a great job planning the dolphins visit!! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She went the extra mile for us because we were not able to be there.

We reach out to Janice remotely at the recommendation of a friend and she quickly went to work sharing listings matching our wants and budget. Number of available properties was somewhat overwhelming but Janice helped us narrow list and scheduled viewings to correspond with a planned trip. After spending one day with Janice visiting properties and going through what we liked and didn't like she was able to find 2 additional listings that we visited on same trip and we found out little piece of paradise.
