I wanted to make a counter offer he did not agree with, but he made the offer, letting me know why he had his concerns., I was selling during a spike in Covid-19 and did not want a lock box put on the door to limit entries to only truly potential buyers. He agreed to unlock the door at every showing so as to limit exposure inside the residence.
