As an out of state buyer with very little knowledge of the St. Petersburg, Florida real estate market as well as the town itself, I can highly recommend this Realtor. Pete kept us updated on the latest new listings and took the time to drive by and even view some of the houses we liked, before we finally selected our favorite and flew down from Las Vegas to see it as well as other properties we were interested in. We made an offer the same day and were in escrow before heading back to Vegas. He made the long distance transaction proceed smoothly for us and kept us informed every step of the way to a successful closing. If you are an out of state buyer, or local buyer, and need a realtor that will work for you, be understanding of your needs as well as patient, this is your guy! When we found out that we would be relocating back to St. Petersburg from Massachusetts, Steve was our first and only call. Steve provided us with information on lots of properties to consider before we flew to town to see houses in person. He listened to our wishes and gave us good advice so that we had a manageable and ample list of houses to view. He was a great advocate for us in negotiations and we found a house we love, Steve was able to arrange an inspection in short order to accommodate our travel back to MA, then handled the myriad details that come up in a transaction for us, saving us from lots of back and forth. The next time we saw the house was after the close when we ready to move in. Steve made this long distance transaction easy for us. We had the pleasure of doing business with Pete early in 2015. Pete is very knowledgeable of Pinellas County. My partner and I both were a little scattered when it came to knowing exactly what we wanted, and being able to articulate that to our agent did not come easy to us. Pete patiently paid attention to cues we were (unknowingly) giving. By the time we viewed the second home, he somehow knew exactly what we were looking for. He honed in on our style and wants, and he was able to find a home that matched us perfectly, and he showed us that home, which we later purchased, on our third outing! He has a gift! We trust Pete, and we find him to be very ethical, which is important to us. We were new to the home buying process, and Pete walked us through each step of the way. He explained absolutely everything in detail. He made everything extremely easy! I stayed up many evenings emailing and texting Pete until 12AM or later. He was always there to answer any question, no matter how silly it was. Do yourself a favor and just stop looking for an agent if you are in that phase. Just give him a call. You will not be sorry!!

My wife and I had such a great experience working with Pete! He made the stressful process of buying our first house much more manageable and actually a fun and rewarding experience. We were very impressed with Pete's responsiveness to all of our (usually silly) questions. Several times we would shoot him an email with a question at around midnight, expecting an answer maybe the next day, and be shocked to receive an answer from him 5 minutes later! We have nothing but the best things to say about our experience with Pete from the initial search for our house to closing day, and we would definitely love to work with him again when the time comes to sell our home.
