We were introduced to Pete via an advertisement he ran in a local publication. We called and immediately established rapport. We had never been to St. Petersburg before and spent two weeks in January 2018 visiting to plan our retirement/relocation from Wash., D.C. Pete was immensely helpful acquainting us with the different areas of the city as they related to our needs and desires. We really put him through the paces, making two offers within this two week period. Unfortunately, both fell through during negotiations, nothing of which could be avoided. In both cases, however, he was always on top of everything - detail and follow through are his strong points. We left disappointed but returned one month later and found a house which he represented us on and we finally closed in March and are now happily in our new home in St. Pete. Throughout the entire process we were in almost daily contact with him and he provided list after list of available houses that made our preferences list. He tracked down endless leads and was most helpful in helping us sort through the neighborhoods and communities. I have never felt so well served......

We worked with Stephanie Huffman when purchasing our first home. She was wonderful. We told her exactly what we were wanting and she was more than accommodating and showed up exactly what we wanted. She worked with the sellers in order to help with closing costs and was very informative. She worked well with my crazy work schedule since I work overnights for the sheriff's department and even put up with our crazy son when he came with us to look at the houses. She was very helpful even after all the closing paperwork was signed and processed. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a way which was understandable for me! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for purchase a house!

Pete is a very strong, capable realtor and one that we would highly recommend. Besides being very responsive and available to us during our home search, he is knowledgeable on St. Petersburg and the real estate market which, for us being completely new to the city (and Florida), were very important. His knowledge extends to such areas as – the neighborhoods, what makes Florida homes different from those in other parts of the country, basics on taxes, flooding and hurricane issues, key features on new vs. old homes and areas to look out for, etc. He also connected us with other resources to help us in our search and ultimately purchase, including city and county resources, local property insurance agent and home inspector who were both top rate and helped us successfully complete this very important transaction.
