We were introduced to Pete via an advertisement he ran in a local publication. We called and immediately established rapport. We had never been to St. Petersburg before and spent two weeks in January 2018 visiting to plan our retirement/relocation from Wash., D.C. Pete was immensely helpful acquainting us with the different areas of the city as they related to our needs and desires. We really put him through the paces, making two offers within this two week period. Unfortunately, both fell through during negotiations, nothing of which could be avoided. In both cases, however, he was always on top of everything - detail and follow through are his strong points. We left disappointed but returned one month later and found a house which he represented us on and we finally closed in March and are now happily in our new home in St. Pete. Throughout the entire process we were in almost daily contact with him and he provided list after list of available houses that made our preferences list. He tracked down endless leads and was most helpful in helping us sort through the neighborhoods and communities. I have never felt so well served......
